Terms of Service

Clear terms for exceptional service delivery.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms of Service govern the delivery of services provided to creators and influencers seeking to grow and monetize their presence across digital platforms. By engaging with these services, the client agrees to the following terms.

2. Agreement Formation

Service agreements are established on a case-by-case basis. Each collaboration is subject to a custom agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, compensation terms, and obligations of both parties.

3. Service Description

The services provided may include but are not limited to: strategic consulting, content development, account management, branding support, performance analysis, and growth initiatives. Specific services will be listed in the individual agreement.

4. Billing and Payment Terms

Invoices are issued periodically — typically on a monthly basis — following service delivery. Payments are due within seven (7) days of invoice issuance, unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely access to accounts, data, creative assets, and other relevant materials required to execute agreed services. The client is solely responsible for ensuring their content and activity complies with platform policies and applicable laws.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While best efforts are made to deliver optimal outcomes, no guarantees are made regarding revenue growth, audience engagement, or platform performance. Liability is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Termination

The working relationship may be terminated by either party in accordance with the notice period stated in the individual agreement. Immediate termination for cause (e.g. breach of contract or misconduct) remains permissible at any time.

8. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms of Service prove to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains unaffected. An appropriate replacement clause will be applied that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.

9. Governing Principles

These Terms are subject to commonly accepted principles of contract law. Any disputes arising from the use of services will be resolved through mutual dialogue and, if necessary, legal arbitration in accordance with applicable international standards.
